The challenge is not a diet or detox – it’s about creating healthier lifestyle choices, every day, for the rest of our days. We like to consider ourselves as Healthy Habit Builders.

We’re excited to kick off 30 days of healthy habits with you! Please watch the video above from our Founder Taryn which explains what you need to do to get started!

Did you know that people who do things together in a buddy system have a significantly lower dropout rate (6.3%) compared to those going at it alone (43%)? Crazy huh!

Plus there’s nothing like a bit of healthy competition to keep you both on track 🙂 Who would be your perfect HLC buddy to push you, challenge you and keep you on your toes?

 

Before we get started, there’s just a couple of things you need to do:

1. Download your Welcome Pack

Your Welcome Pack contains lots of information about each of the 6 Healthy Habits, as well as your Habit Tracker scorecard to print off and track your score as we go.

We recommend you keep it in a plastic sleeve so it doesn’t get manky throughout the challenge 🙈. We find a handwritten copy works better than an online version as it feels so rewarding physically ticking things off each day and tallying up your points.

2. Join the Challengers Community on Facebook

This is a members-only group so you’ll need to request access and we’ll let you in. Once you’re in, please introduce yourself!

3. Get to bed early! 

Your sleep points start from the night BEFORE you kick off so get yourself off to bed early so you don’t start behind on day 1!

4. Jump on the socials as a way to connect with us throughout the challenge and beyond
