Taryn is not your regular Dietitian. She is an Advanced Sports Dietitian with over 10 years experience working with athletes from all walks of life. For you, this means you’re to get the most up-to-date, evidence-based advice.
We do the hard work translating real science into practical, easy to understand information you can implement straight away.
You’ll learn exactly what to eat before, during and after training, how to fuel big days, how to adapt on rest days, how to carb load effectively, prevent dehydration and perform at your best. No matter what activity you choose.

We believe in making healthy food that actually TASTES good. Healthy eating should be HARD or BORING. So we’ve developed athlete friendly recipes that tick the recovery boxes, fuel you for big training and are quick and easy to make.
We will never ask you to eat anything you don’t like. No boring rabbit food here!
Our 12 week PERFORMANCE Package includes:
- 1 x Initial Consultation (60mins)
- 6 x Review appointments (30-45mins); this can include skin folds if you want to track body composition changes.
1 x Day-to-day training meal plan
- 1 x Event/Race/Competition plan (excluding ultra-endurance events – Ironman, 100km runs, Multi-day events)
- Specific carbohydrate loading plan (if appropriate for your event)
$999 upfront or $338.40 per month for 3 months.
Appointments are to be used within 12 weeks. We’ll schedule in all of your appointments prior to your first appointment.
All of our consultations can be claimed on private health if you have dietitian cover.
Please note, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you late cancel any of your appointments, they will be void.
