Choc Mint Protein Balls

Craving sweet? Make up a batch of our choc mint protein balls and stash them away in the freezer to hit that sweet-spot.

Don’t like mint? (who doesn’t love choc mint?! 🙈) Not a problem! Try different flavour essences for a variety of flavour options

Ingredients

  • 450g medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 30g natural protein powder – we used Venom WPI
  • 1tsp peppermint essence

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until combined. Continue mixing until the mixture forms one big ball. If needed, add 1 tsp of water at a time to help this along.
  2. Roll into 45 little balls of approximately 10g each.
  3. Freeze so you don’t eat them all at once!
