Winter Warming Porridge

Porridge is a great winter breakfast staple and so versatile in flavour! Try our fave staple recipe or give all of our topping ideas a go. Inspiration for the whole of winter!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole rolled oats
  • 1 cup full cream milk
  • 100g natural Greek yoghurt (we used Chobani 0.5% fat)
  • 1/3 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Method

  1. If time permits – soak oats overnight
    in water before beginning
  2. Place oats and milk in a small saucepan on
    low to medium heat
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally until oats have softened
    and the fluid has been absorbed
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl, spoon yoghurt on top,
    garnish with berries and drizzle
    over maple syrup
